"Deeply disappointed…"

We’re deeply disappointed and found the process very stressful, would not consider reordering.

We particularly found the staff to be very unresponsive, we did not receive replies to emails around queries about prepayment/confirmation/delivery.

There was also a significant lack of clear communication or perhaps miscommunication about delivery processes and timeframes involved with several false promises and delays.

The person in charge went above and beyond for us to get the tiles same day for a kitchen splash back even tho we came in half an hour before closing . The range is actually amazing .. just about every style you’ve seen online is sold there . Now I’m considering some bathroom update just so I can go back and pick something new
