"Flowers arrived number of days late but were lovely"

Flowers simply didn’t arrive for Valentine’s Day. Not even the day after. Very disappointed. Receiving full refund.

Flowers arrived later the following week and my wife thought they were lovely.
Appreciate the reply and apology (hence increased score from 1 to 3 stars). Seemed to be a communication issue on this occasion.
(However still awaiting my full refund as discussed when I called).

Useless. My wife was left in tears as my gift was not delivered. Very unreliable. I ordered the item midweek, to be delivered on the Saturday as valentines day was on Sunday. They didn't arrive on the Saturday. I contacted them on Sunday morning as I live in a different time zone than my wife. They told me the gift would definitely be out for delivery that day. Nothing arrived. I messaged them again, they seen the message but did not reply. Now they are ignoring me as I have asked for a refund. I'm absolutely fuming, my wife is in tears. There is nothing I can do. Avoid this company find somewhere different.

Used Mimosa florist to order flowers for a family member from overseas - great website and easy to order. Was blown away when I received a video of the flowers before they were delivered, they were great quality and was so nice to see them before they were delivered.

"Balloon bouquet"

Ordered balloon bouquet for my mother’s birthday. They were able to change the balloons for me as it was her 70th and even sent me a video showing the balloons before they were delivered. Very pleased
