I've been using marine liquid collagen supplement for about 8 months now. I immediately noticed a healthy glow to my skin and my nails grew like wild fire. A few months on and I feel my face looks plumper and less haggard. I had pains in my hips that seem to have stopped without any other action and I've had the most terrible jumpy, restless legs for as long as I can remember, literally after a few days this stopped and never happens unless Ive forgotten my sachet that day, and then I notice the difference straight away. I have never seen an advertisement that says collagen can help with this, so I am gobsmacked and will take the collagen for the rest of my life for this alone, never mind the rest of the benefits. I only hope it will help strengthen my hair eventually as that's the reason I subscribed. I do understand that collagen will go to different areas of your body in need.
And finally I have received great customer service so far, I have changed flavours and was able to put on hold for a month easily.

Been taking this collagen sachet for ten years now, it’s really easy to take. I believe in all the good things it can do for you. I think my skin looks amazing for I am over 70 and I get lots of compliments. My hair is strong and my nails grow well. I’m extremely pleased
