It’s early days but so far so good. Don’t like the taste but when I have it with a strong espresso it’s not so bad.

I started this liquid marine collagen 4 weeks ago and about a week in my lower face had a massive outbreak of spots. I didn’t think it was the collagen at first so I cut out milk and yogurt (food I’m used to eating) thinking i had grown intolerant and no improvement. Nothing else had changed in my diet and Beaty routine except taking the marine liquid collage which hasn’t agreed with me. Now trying desperately to fix my skin!
