Products are very good and appear to do what they say in the blurb. I like the subscription idea as I don’t have to keep an eye on my product levels. Personally I do find the weekly marketing email a tad annoying. You have my business so only promotions and new products to be sent to me. Thank you for all you do.

I ordered collagen supplement late one evening. The next day I waited to talk to my doctor,who said it was contraindicated with several drugs I was on, so I cancelled the order straight away but you sent it anyway. Very poor customer service. Now I have to pay to return it. Which bit of CANCEL do you not understand?

I’m sure this stuff does wonders but it is revolting to taste! I will be switching to a vegan option. Very frustrating that you can’t cancel without phoning up too. Not very user friendly.
