I’ve tried multiple different ready to drink collagen products and the taste and texture of this one unfortunately was not for me. Was slightly easier to consume mixed with warm water but not enjoyable. I logged onto my account to cancel subscription, however you cannot cancel online and have to call a number, which is a little inconvenient. They did answer straight away and lady on phone was very understanding and helpful. I was gutted they don’t offer money back for completely sealed 14 day pack (I’d ordered 28 days worth) but did say I could sample a powered collagen they are bringing out later on in the year.

Overall, I personally didn’t like flavour or texture, but can’t really complain at customer service.

The service is excellent and products are good. I do not like the night cream as it does not absorb and pills on your skin and I have seen quite a number of comments about this.

The ordering process was fine, its just the flavour, taste and smell, makes me retch. Probably wont be able to use them which is a shame.
