"My experience is great, but I need help"

My experience is great, I haven’t been able to get a hold of you guys, one of the smallest screws we’re missing from the box. 2 of them were supposed to be included but the other one wasn’t. I need this resolved.

Product needs better quality improvements.
1. make a ball bearing swivel for the bar
2. Punching bag is too high
3. Spar Bar rattles and moves too much, improving the swivel on the bar will help this problem.

Good but the centre bar moves forward and back too much sometimes and it stops the sparbar from rotating properly

I can imagine the spar bar to be great compared to the boxing bar which is a cheap English version my has broke twice
