Very disappointed tried ordering this a couple times waited months never even received the product even though I paid for it ended up getting my money back. There's better products out there.

I ordered a compact sparbar during the Black Friday event this year and quickly received it. They however shipped a floor based model - not one that is capable of being mounted on the wall. I contacted them and had a few emails exchanged with Emma at their office however I've not had any resolve yet from them. They asked me if I could repackage the incorrect one and ship it to a customer of theirs in the United States. When I indicated that the packaging had been broken when it arrived I haven't heard anything since. I've asked for the correct one to be shipped and silence. Nothing. No correction or commitment to make it right. Now I just want a refund. I've asked for this and again silence. Now I'm having to go through my credit card company for a refund which is a lengthy process. I am very disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend ordering online. Perhaps if you can buy from a retailer and ensure you get the correct product it would be ok. This is now February 2020 and the item was ordered at the end of November 2019.
