"Pete Philpott welcomed us"

Pete Philpott welcomed us, professionally gave us the safety briefing, and flew us safely through the clouds into a blue sky and sunshine moment above the white fluffy cloud base below us. Quite magical. He was always willing to answer the questions from our team.we gradually descended and landed on a grass area, only to discover a block of immovable concrete at gate entrance, so up we went up again (what a bonus!) to look for somewhere else. We landed safely, packed up balloon and took minibus back to our cars. A drink was provided and certificates given, a brilliant pilot and fantastic experience

We have had so many cancel due to bad weather but I can honestly say it was worth the wait, everything about it was amazing and I am so glad we stuck with it. 100% recommend, the pilot and the ground team were fantastic

Amazing experience from start to finish. The pilot was welcoming and professional. Flying in the air in a hot air balloon was a wonderful experience. So quiet and calm. Highly recommend.

So I bought the tickets a long time ago now but unfortunately for us this just didn't work out.
We took time off work and we even booked hotel stays but each time the hot air balloon was cancelled.
I feel that you should get a hot air balloon ride if you pay a few hundred for one. For us our tickets just expired and they got money for nothing. What a waste.

"Fantastic experience…"

My balloon flight was a birthday present. It took me a while to get round to booking the flight and I did find it difficult to work out what to do. Eventually I booked for October half term and travelled 1 1/2 hours to site. We were really lucky that the flight went ahead. Weather was cloudy but dry. This proved to be perfect as we went above the clouds to sunshine and blue skies plus a special rainbow. Really enjoyed the whole experience, friendly pilot. Should have booked earlier but in the end it was perfect. Thank you!

The flight itself was incredible, but the pilot, support team and general organisation are what made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommended and I will be doing it again.
