"Easy to install"

Easy to install, just needed a little extra muscle from my husband to tighten on the shower pipe.
I really like the water pressure, and the ability to turn off the shower without turning off the water for things like shaving.

The initial purchase interaction with the website was frustrating, resulting in my successfully ordering ONLY the handheld showerhead with no connection hardware. When I contacted the support team regarding my order, the support staff offered to provide the needed hardware. Having since received the additional hardware and installed the showerhead with the filtration, I was able to enjoy the benefits of the filtered water in my most recent shower's and have noticed a cleanness of my skin and hair that I hadn't previously enjoyed with my rainfall showerhead!

Never have I experienced a shower or indeed a shower head quite like this! It has completely transformed my daily shower experience, I feel so much more refreshed and cleaner because of this amazing shower head. I love the water flow, I didn’t lose pressure but gained it. What a surprise, to add a filter and still get a great shower. I recommend this product.

"It's cheaply made"

It's cheaply made. I ordered four. I gave one to my daughter and installed the other three in my house. They all leaked. I had to recaulk one of the shower. One hose busted open. Another one had streams that sprayed out instead of down.
I emailed and called many times requesting a refund and got the run around. I was told that I was calling the writing department yet I called the number that was given. Eventually I lost out.
