"Terrible Customer Servcie"

I placed an order in March 9th. On the 11th I received and email stating my shipping label had been created. Today is the 20th and still no tracking information is available. I have tried emailing and calling with no response. Beginning to think this company is nothing but a scam. I see a credit card dispute in my future unless my product arrives soon.

"Product arrived broken"

Product arrived broken. I contacted customer service via email, it took several weeks for a response. During that time I decided to throw the broken shower head away as it seemed I was not going to get a response. Eventually I got a reply asking to send a video of the product to show the broken pieces, I explained that I threw it in the trash and again eventually got a response saying “well if you find it let us know”. This company is a joke, they don’t get to emails in a timely manor and when they do it appears they do not even read what you send them.

"Works great, even in Phoenix!"

I live in Phoenix where the water is very hard. This left me never feeling fully clean after a shower. But day ONE after getting my showerenvy I could tell a major difference. The water felt so smooth and clean. I was amazed! It even left my hair feeling softer without conditioner. I really was skeptical at first but I'm telling you- if you're on the fence about it just do it! You will not be disappointed!!

"We love these shower heads"

We love these shower heads. Bought 4, initially couldn’t install them due to our piping. Reached out to the company who contacted me almost immediately and gave me a couple of suggestions. Ordered the hand-held kit and once they arrived, the shower heads were a breeze to install and, can I say, these things have changed my shower experience! The water pressure increased significantly and the water feels so good. My whole house loves them. This company is great to work with...what a refreshing thing in today’s world. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I love this shower head..it has hard pressure and soft..middle button could be a little more pressure but all in all, it's a great product..and I love the idea the chemicals from the water are no longer touching my skin..

"Amazing,don't sleep on this product"

Well I was made aware of this amazing product by a coworker. She showed me how powerful the product was. I was amazed at how powerful the jet stream is. After a hard workout this jet stream really so it's the muscles. So I have two as my daughter complained it was fair that I only had 1. The water is soft and you can really tell the difference in clean water. Thank you. Oh my daughter braggs about it and took hers to her dorm room at college. Spoiled.

My husband and I love this shower head. Our water pressure is great now and our skin isn't itchy after a shower anymore. My husband wants to buy another one as a back up. We are very pleased with our purchase.

"Not impressed yet..but time will tell"

So far I have tried this for two days and the only difference I have noticed is a drop in water pressure. It's a piece of plastic with little engineering to it. I am not certain what type of stones are in it but they seem very similar to my humidifier stones. I believe there is a huge markup in $ as this is certainly made in China. I will gladly change my review if I notice a change within a month just to give it some time.

"I absolutely love my showerhead"

I absolutely love my showerhead. I am allergic to chlorine, so finding a showerhead that filters it out is hard. It feels so good not to have itchy skin.

At first I thought they were a scam and wanted to cancel my order (turns out the error was in my misunderstanding). I called the office (after hours and did not leave a message), yet the very next morning--bright & early they called me to see if there was anything they could help me with. This really stood out and they got gold stars for that excellent cust svc (I didn't expect that). They kept in touch via email and invited me to call if I needed additional help. My order arrived on schedule, wrapped in excellent condition. This shower head is phenomenal!! I am so happy bought it! I dont have a million dollar bath, but I take a million dollar shower every day. Also the stop function on the head is superb!! I love that water saving mechanism on the shower head!!! Great buy!! You won't be disappointed (I was NOT PAID in any way to write this post)! I'm a real person, who made a real purchase, and am REALLY satisfied!!
