"Best Customer Service and Shower Experience I've Ever Had!"

Let me tell you, you will not regret making this purchase. At first, I was skeptical, but after dealing with the hard, chemically-treated water in LA that has been ruining my skin and hair, I had to give it a try. Installation was an easy process, and after my first try, I've never felt cleaner. My hair and skin were drastically improved after a few uses. My hair was no longer dry and breaking but felt smooth and shiny, while my skin looked healthier and didn't even need moisturizer.

"SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!"

Do not buy from these people. Customer service is awful and they just give you the run around. I've been trying to get my refund on my unused shower head. We used one and didn't like it, so we returned the second one. Shanon responded to my email and for some reason kept asking what I returned even though i clearly told her in 3 emails. They will ghost you unless you threaten to contact the BBB and blast them on social media. They finally responded and told me that my product that I didn't use was returned was in bad condition and will be a 25% restocking fee. If wish i read the BBB reviews and other reviews before purchasing because they all get told the same. That the product returned was in bad condition. This "company" is a joke and i hope they go out of business asap to keep other people from being scammed. If it would let me, I would have left zero stars.


Edit: I eventually got refunded after calling them out on their redundant comments to other people's reviews. And yes, Shanon was the one refunded me, even though the reply to this comment says they don't have an employee named Shanon.

"Do not buy"

I tried it one time. Was totally unsatisfied! The one I bought at Walmart far surpassed the spa envy. To return it I was to be charged 25 percent restocking fee. Since I used it . How do you know if you like it if you don't try it.No wonder they have an F with the BBB.I didn't know this till after the fact. Walmart's are better and cheaper DO NOT BUY ONE! YOU WILL BE UNSATISFIED!!!!

I just received mine 2 days ago and let me tell you IT WAS AMAZING.The best shower I have ever taken. I love the power of the waterfall spray. Every drop of shampoo and soap definitely was off me. I thought about that shower all day and can't wait until my next one. Thank You so much for such a great product. Highly recommend.Telling everyone about it.

"Worth trying out at the very least."

The water pressure was weaker than expected. Also my jet setting doesn't work after only a month of use. Thankfully customer service has helped me out and is sending me a new shower head. The filtered water itself feels so good compared to without the head.

Me and my wife love this product. We had close to zero water pressure b4 we bought this showerhead,and now since we bought this new showerhead the water pressure,we feel is at 100% no joke. This product is unreal,so good for ur skin as well. And installation took about 5 mins, very quick & easy. I highly recommend this product,especially for someone in our situation,wit terrible water pressure. This product can save you money as well too,in water cost! And last,but certainly not least we love those little beads in the showerhead itself,which makes it very good and nourishing to the body/skin! Thanx for everything SHOWERENVY BY ECOWATER!!!

"This product did everything promised"

This product did everything promised, was easy to install to existing metal hose, all spray settings work great, definitely increased water pressure. My skin felt a lot less dried out, I kept changing body wash trying to change that. I just asked about changing beads, was told they last for 8,000 gallons. Highly recommend it. Mike T.

I live in B.C., Canada and the showerhead arrived quite fast. Their customer service is top-notch...they respond to messages very quickly and they are friendly and helpful. I feel cleaner than ever with the filtered showerhead. Water pressure is excellent. Very easy to install. You won't regret this purchase, I sure don't.
