Daniel was on time for hus appointment! He had to leave to go buy screws and came back and fit up myfurniture's. Everything went smoothly. I'm just happy I was finally able to sleep in my bed! Thanks FixTMan highly recommended they get the job done!

Everything went very well. The gentleman arrived on time and he mounted a new tv and installed a ceiling fan without issue. I would definitely call on them again.

I hired fixtman to come install a tv wall mount for my 75 inch TV. In our bedroom.

They didn't show up for the appointment. I called after they were 30 minutes late. They said they were going to look into it. Waited an hour. They still had not called back, so I Called them again. They tell me they're not coming.

Rescheduled for yesterday at 2. They text in the morning, asking to reschedule for 4. I say fine.

Rush back from the beach just before 4. Get here. Wait 30 minutes. Nobody here. Call them. They say they'll look into it. Wait another hour. Nothing. They didn’t call back. Again.

At that point I just told them give me my money back.

I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. Avoid them.

Update: After I posted this review, the quality control team contacted me and offered me $20 for my inconvenience, provided that I works add this to the review.

Update 2: They never paid me the $20 they promised me. The boss of the person that made the promise called several times, even though I told him to stop calling. I’m not sure if he wanted me to further edit, or delete, the review.

Obviously, the reviews are going to be artificially positive, since ppl leaving legitimate negative reviews are paid to remove them

Daniel was prompt and personable. He was kind enough to remove his shoes before entering and laid a work blanket down first. Efficiently got it together and took a bit of extra time to show me its features. Whole thing took maybe 20min. He was even nice to my nosy little cat. Will definitely be working with this company again.
