He hung up the right way, but I mentioned to the handyman that I would like to put the tv against the wall when not in use and when I tried to put the tv against the wall, it peeled the wire cover off the wall so now my TV is always “open” towards the corner of the wall.

"An 8 hr job took 4 days to complete"

An 8 hr $450 job took 4 days to assemble a 4x6 plastic garden shed from Amazon. Fixtman tech would start late and leave early. When finished the Tech pointed out that the scratched and scraped front door was due to shipping. If true then he shoud've alerted us to the damage at unpacking instead of on completion of the job. The Tech pointed out that the 2" open gap between the door and frame was due to defect in the manufacturing of the frame. The 4" gap between the roof crown and fron the shed had not been secured properly. The manufacturer stated that there will be a few left over fastners. The Tech left 3 bags behind one bag contained fasteners and anchors to secure the shed to the ground. On the fourth day a new tech showed up and realigned the frame so that the gap wasn't so pronounced, attached the roof crown to the frame and documented the damage to the door..at this time we discovered a footprint on the lower section inside of the door. With the assembly taking place on a concrete patio the damage was consistent with someone stepping on the door causing scrapes/scratches. Fixtman Quality determined that the loss of 4 days of work waiting for the 8 hr job to be completed and the damage to a new door by their employee that the compensation paid back to my credit card ....$50

"I scheduled an appointment for a…"

I scheduled an appointment for a service. No one showed up, then they asked for payment and said they were at my house. They kept saying they were at my house and completed the job. The pictures they took of my grill were different from the pictures I sent of my grill. If the tech did not know what address he was at, something is wrong. They kept sending texts saying they were looking into it. I notified the police of the scam

"They can't connect an electric oven?"

I scheduled the installation of a 30" single wall oven to replace an existing oven. I removed the existing oven; so, all that needed to be done was to unpack the new oven, slide it into the cabinet and connect the power. I was quoted $159 and told that if I cancelled the installation less than 24 hours before the appointment, I would be billed. Well, FixTman called me and cancelled less that 24 hours before the appointment - they said I needed to have an electrician connect the oven. It's electric, and they didn't know that when I scheduled the appointment?

Justin arrived on time and was very professional and kind. He helped us install curtain rods for 4 panels and completed the task efficiently and without any damage. More importantly, he was detailed oriented and made sure the screws on the curtain rods were not visible when he installed it. Would definitely use him again and recommend to all!
