And also the best care agency to work for as a staff.
I have been with this company for more than two years and I am not even thinking of leaving them at all.

I completed the Basic Life support module led by the endlessly informative and professional trainer, Caroline. The training was engaging from beginning to end with consistent encouragement and pointers throughout the practical elements.

I came away with confidence that I had undergone one of the most comprehensive and detailed BLS courses available today.

We have regularly used Carefirst for our training and have found Caroline to be an excellent trainer!!! Her knowledge is far reaching and makes the information relatable to the real world job that our support workers complete. Caroline had also completed some bespoke training which made a huge impact on the confidence of the team.

Our care home uses carefirst training academy for most of our training. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic our staff have struggled getting through to the other side and with training not being appropriate during the pandemic I approached Carefirst and liaised with one of the Trainers to come up with a two day training course for our Senior carers to empower them and to support their knowledge as a team. This could not of gone any better, the team were brought closer, the training was amazing and exactly what I had in mind, the trainer was professional but also got on the staff level and had a laugh through each session. Our staff are still buzzing about the way the two days made them feel, and now they have told me they all feel so confident and have more knowledge to exceed in their role within our home. HIGHLY Recommended!!

I had recently lost a close friend of more than 40 years, through mental illness, and I was feeling low. Did not participate much during the session. The session was very good.
