Will not honour their extended warranty. Watch out of manufacturer guarantee, in immaculate condition and hardly worn but they still insisted watch needed complete replacement of mechanism because in their words " I had mishandled the watch" Citizen in Germany not much better. Timeshop4you are based in Germany so any manufacturer input will not be UK based. Avoid purchasing from them, you will be disappointed....Predictable response to this review received from Timeshop4you ...any future purchasers beware, you have been warned ⚠️ Citizen and presumably other manufacturer's guarantees are shorter, as item counts as purchased in EU not UK, despite Timeshop4you having a UK email address and their retailer warranty will not be honoured, as I have found to my cost.UPDATE Watch is now working perfectly. Whatever was wrong with it, so glad I didn't pay the 100 pounds that Timeshop4you stated was needed to replace the entire mechanism. Disgusting service from this company

Because I live in Bermuda I was very apprehensive about buying from a company that was geographically located halfway around the world from me. I’ve been trying to replace my Haller anniversary clock which I’ve had for over 25 years with no luck, until I accidentally stumbled across the Timeshop4you website. I found what I was looking for and decided to take a chance and order from them I need not have worried, my order was promptly shipped and any questions that I had were addressed immediately despite the time difference.
