This Citizen watch is unusual in that its date window is magnified, which is because it is a ladies timepiece & therefore relatively small (although not all ladies watches come with this date magnification); It's exquisite. And it arrived in good time.

The shop provided the watch and posted it very quickly. The DHL tracking system worked until the item was in the country and then we weren't told where it was until we received the customs to pay request. The shop is in no way to blame for this and in fact told us, when we queried whether they know its whereabouts, exactly where it was. Our grateful thanks to them

I’ve purchased 2 Hermle mechanical wall clocks from Timeshop4you and had them shipped to Canada. I’ve had great customer service and speedy shipping for both. The clocks were beautiful, and arrived well packaged. The shipping cost was extremely cheap! I would be happy to purchase from them again.

"I’ve got time for this business."

Ordered a JVD pendulum clock from Timeshop4you and then read negative reviews which left me slightly concerned. I needn’t have been, my clock arrived by DHL in a reasonable amount of time considering this business is in Germany and the coronavirus lockdown. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Paid via PayPal with no problems. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the communication about progress, dispatch E.t.c was found wanting.
All said I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys/gals again.

"Swift service at a value price."

This is my second purchase from this company. Both times I have had an extremely easy and quick service. The company is not UK based as the co.uk would suggest but they are based in Germany. You can see there shop on Google maps incase of any concern.

Correspondence at all stages has been quick and clear. Delivery was swift with tracking via dhl.

Item came as described and as expected. And took less than a week from purchase to arrive in Scotland.

For myself most importantly both Seiko watches I purchased came at a very competitive price (free delivery also)

A few negative reviews which are not my experience. I believe they also sell on Amazon and eBay.

Will definitely buy again if I see another bargain.

"I have not a problem with these people…"

I have not a problem with these people except the watch I received was not the one I ordered. Not sure where the fault for this lies entirely as the the model number coincided with the one I ordered but was a slightly different model. On receipt I immediately queried this with Timeshop4you by email and had a reply back within 2 hours. Seems their supplier had changed the model without Timeshop4you knowing. They sent me a return label and kept me informed every step of the way. On receipt of my watch a full refund (including postage) was in my bank account within 2 days.

I cannot fault the service. Two weeks from ordering to receiving a full refund from a company not based in the UK seems reasonable enough for me.

"Lacking customer service..."

Watch arrived and was clearly packed by someone who did not care. The watch almost fell straight out of the box, date not set, time not set either. Basic things in my book. After submitting relative feedback, I have not heard another thing. The watch itself is fine, thank fully but be aware.

"2 months and no sign of clock being returned"

Now 2 months since the faulty clock was returned and 1 month after they received the clock I was informed that the case had been damaged in transit by the carriers they nominated and I was asked to pay £66 for the repairs. I refused and asked them to return the clock when the mechanism had been replaced and I would arrange for the case to be refurbished. Told the payment was voluntary and they would get it done. They have now stopped replying to my emails not sure I will ever get my £216 clock back. A bunch of real rogues keep well away from them
