The spin course with T2 fitness was excellent. This is my 2nd course with the company and it just gets better and better. I was nervous about teaching spin but now feel completely confident and thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Stu is an excellent teacher. Open, approachable, relatable, and really reassuring when I was nervous about performing my assessment. The post-assessment feedback was also really helpful and comprehensive.

Paul made the week run smoothly! Answered all our questions and went into depth for alot of the techniques used for sports massage. Gave us tips for our business and how to get rolling with it too!

I had a fabulous spin course today! (Even though my legs are saying different)
Stu was great. The structure of the day was really good it wasn’t an overload of information which I was concerned about it was just the right amount.

I was quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect before hand, but he made us all feel relaxed chilled and had confidence in us all!

What a fantastic spin course!!! Really well structured course in order to cover every aspect of instructing a spin class and included plenty of fun and engaging tasks to keep the team motivated and learning.
Stu was a great instructor and evidently understands this area like the back of his hand.
