"Great course even for beginners"

Coming from a backround that has absolutely nothing to do with the fitness industry I found the course slightly difficult to begin with in terms of taking everything in but with Paul being so informative and with the way that he teaches I came away with a really good amount of knowledge and confidence to carry on with, I will definitely be looking at more course with T2 in the new year

Great knowledge, and instruction. At first I thought it would be a long day of constant spinning however this wasn't the case, yes there was plenty of spinning but not as much as you'd think, a great course all round and would recommend it to anyone.

"Spin CPD Course"

Completed the Spin CPD Course for Nuffield Health and it was a smashing day. I was nervous about the course and found that Stu was super helpful and did not put pressure on you during the day. Could take the day at your own pace, ask any questions and get the best support. I now feel confident to go and teach classes regularly and confidently

Completed both the kettlebells and spin CPD course with Stu and really enjoyed both! Teaching style was exceptional and the support given by Stu was really really good. I have gone away from both of the courses feeling much more knowledgeable than before and excited to start teaching! Thank you very much!!

Have just spent the last 2 weeks with T2 Fitness undertaking my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification as well as my Level 3 Personal Training qualification. I can honestly say I've undertaken many different courses over the years and the professionalism and empathy shown by both Stu and Paul throughout was second to none, they are both so knowledgeable in most aspects of the fitness industry and are very happy to impart that knowledge to their students in a fun and inclusive way without it being intimidating on them especially for students who are new to gym or resistance training in particular. Really can not recommend these guys enough and will definitely be back for more courses with them again in the new year. It is definitely more of a friendship/mentorship they form with students rather then just teacher/student where they are done with you once you leave.

I’ve done my Level 2 Fitness Instructor practical today and it’s been an amazing week! Stu and Paul were amazing and they explain everything and they always happy to help! The group was amazing and very supportive to each other! I felt really welcomed just like family, I could not recommend them highly enough! I can’t wait to do my Level 3 PT with them!
