Sassy Scents always provides great products with excellent customer service. Any queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively and on this occasion Millie provided a high standard of customer service when in fact it was my own error. The quality of Sassy products is always very high and my favourite product is their creamy whipped soap which comes in a wide variety of amazing scents. I also love the monthly diamond subscription box which is great value and allows you to try scents and products that may be outside your comfort zone. All in all a great company with some amazing products.

Love the product, the scent is great. I had to wait just over a week for dispatch, as they were unusually busy. Millie gave me a quick and friendly response when I made an enquiry, and it was worth the wait. Very professional customer service, thanks Millie!

Since being introduced to sassy, I haven’t ordered wax melts from anywhere else ! They smell amazing and I love them all but rhubie rose and baby fairy have to be my favourite.
Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with quickly ( mainly me forgetting to put the discount code in at check out) thank you again Millie for your help ❤️

I was so impressed with how Millie helped to sort my query out. I had issues adding the free gift to my order. I emailed customer service and Millie was straight on to my issue. I was informed within 24 hours that Millie had dealt with this and the free gift will be despatched with my order. I was so happy that Millie must of been very busy with the amount of orders customers were placing and never left me waiting sorting this out. Well done Millie!

Fantastic customer service had from Millie. Contacted outside of working hours on the Friday so wasn't expecting a reply until Monday at least however was replied to the next day on a non working day and this in turn meant by Monday the whole query was sorted. A* customer service. Absolutely love SassyScents and everything about them

Every product I have had from Sassy Scents has been brilliant. Arrived well packaged, the scents themselves are incredible and all at a fair price. Never had a problem with the delivery of the products and the app is easy to use and browse. I have emailed the company in the past with positive experience and I am doing the same here but in review form. Very happy with everything and will continue to buy for myself and my friend.

A terrible company all round! I would not recommend at all!
• The whipped soaps are extremely inconsistent in both texture and the amount received in each tub. Some of the tubs are half empty (no exaggeration).
• The sugar soaps work well but they smell awful - really chemically.
• Product reviews (posted on their website) that are even slightly negative are deleted / not shown on the website. Clearly a very dishonest company!
• I have been sent the wrong items.
• I should have received a free gift for spending over a certain amount of money... which they refused to give to me!
• Their wording is terrible and often extremely misleading - multiple people have been left feeling extremely disappointed and misled for multiple reasons.
• All of the loyalty points that I earned were wiped from my account, and were unusable anyway - there was always a reason why my vouchers couldn't be applied to an order.
• The substantial price increases and new pricing structure is terrible - trying to force customers to pay for membership!
• I was charged for membership even though I had cancelled it! Multiple customers experienced the same issues.
• The branding / packaging is constantly changing for some bizarre reason! This isn't any issue as such, but it's a bit of a red flag in my opinion!
• There are constantly an array of errors on the website.
I have spent a lot of money supporting Sassy Scents - buying for myself, but mainly buying gifts for my family. I tried to perservere through all of the issues listed above because I wanted to support a small business. I tried to overlook all of the problems and the red flags... but I won't be doing that anymore. They don't seem to care about customers in my opinion. All they seem to care about is making more and more money and expanding as quickly as possible - regardless of all the mess they create along the way! I won't be buying from them again, nor will I be recommending them to anybody.
