"Ruined Valentine's Day"
lost an entire bouquet of flowers before valentines day and refused to send out another, don't order from here
EDIT: They emailed me to say that they were considering re-making my bouquet but have since changed their minds because I left a negative review about my experience. This seems like a lie as I was told on the phone that they were unable to re-make my order at all because it would be "a cost to the business". Ridiculous. Waiting for my refund.

"Awful customer service "
Paid £8 for express delivery, DPD driver didn’t even knock on the door.
Parcel sent back to store they won’t give me a refund or send it out again without paying another £10. Customer service disgusting - Ignoring me, not taking into consideration the situation. Delivery even worse.
Now lost £45 with no product as they are holding it

The chocolate gift hamper I bought was well received but the customer service was sub-standard. I bought the item in plenty of time for it to be delivered and paid extra for DPD nominated day delivery. The item wasn't delivered on the nominated day and latterly, DPD claimed there was no one in, but the recipient was at home all day. This is not theuniquegiftstore's fault, but I wanted to raise a query because the gift had missed the recipient's birthday. There was no one available across the weekend to accept my query, so I had to wait until Monday. I received a less than helpful response from the uniquegiftstore and then DPD emailed to say they were attempting delivery on the Monday between 3:15 and 4:15, so I had to spoil the surprise and ask the recipient to come home early so they could receive their gift.

I ordered numerous chocolate bouquets for our clients & sent an email to ask their support desk a question. The support Team answered my query literally within minutes and not only that they offered their assistance in adding all the addresses to the system & setting up the payment. The Team were absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be a returning customer and hope the Teams Manager knows how good their staff are!

Ordered a baby nappy cake which was lovely 5* for that.
Also ordered a Cadbury chocolate Bouquet which was lovely,only complaint is the chocolate bars are stuck on a stick with a glue gun and where that had obviously been hot made the chocolate turn white,didn’t alter the taste but thought the makers should be aware of this.
