"Not worth one star"

Appalling service throughout! I've been waiting 5 weeks for garage floor paint that had a 5-7 day delivery schedule. All I am told by Premium Paint is that the item has been despatched. Customer Service is non existent. Once they have your money they do not care about serviice.IF I had known they were using XDP as a courier service I would've avoided using this company as XDP always fail to deliver and Premium Paints to nothing to help this.

Quality alkalyd paint, very little odour and brushes cleaned with soap and water. Best brush to use is a synthetic type. Would purchase again. Painted concrete floor looks superb.

I can not fault this paint in anyway. It went on a dream and after 2 coats it’s transformed my broken old patio tiles! I love the light grey & have received so many compliments from neighbours. I just need to find ideas for the rest of my garden now.

"Goods never received nearly six weeks…"

Goods never received nearly six weeks after ordering with an advertised 48hr delivery. Customer service non-existent, emails not replied to. Extremely frustrating and I will look elsewhere in future.

Paint seems good quality but what let's them down is delivery service. non existent waited 22 days from order date to getting it. Not premium paints fault but I'd look for different courier to use
