"Very poor delivery service!"
Very poor delivery service. Ordered paint on 13th May..still not arrived and it's now 2nd June. Have sent multiple e mails and had replies saying it has been dispatched and will be with me in next few days???? Not impressed. Best not use this company if you are in a hurry to get a job done..you will be waiting forever. Not good enough that I have paid £40 for a product that I have not received and am none the wiser as to its whereabouts.

Our order placed and paid for in full on 12 April with a promised 5-7 days delivery time has still not arrived, despite your website declaration that your company is "OPEN & DISPATCHING DAILY."
We have tried to contact you by phone and email almost every day and are unable to get a response. This is not what we expect after spending over £400. The nfu comunities will be made aware of this companies lack of customer service skills.

Billy called me personally to resolve he explained courier service had let them down and not using again. He refunded for the goods that didn’t arrive. I have to say the product is superb and receiving communication back appreciated.

Paint is good - shame about the customer service. They use XDP to deliver and instead of the 4 - 6 days promised (due to Covid) it took 3 weeks. Multiple emails not responded to, no answer to calls. I’m sure they only took action because I entered a dispute with PayPal. It’s a shame because I would recommend the paint - try to visit the shop to buy if you can though unless you want to wait 3 weeks for it!
