"This is just ridicilous"

This is just ridicilous, I’m a developer just trying to build some services. My account gets suspended 3 times a month, for absolutely no reason. Than I got to answer the same questions all over again and wait for days for my account to be activated again.

Be smart and don’t use this platform, doesn’t add any real value to your product and is terribly unreliable.

Twilio steals credits from you if you downgrade in a month even if you already paid for the credits in your account. Then they claim to give you a credit/refund. They don't. To get your credits restored, you essentially have to pay double and I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve this. This has happened multiple times.

Registered an account and got instantly suspended. Support not answering since 2 weeks.

Spam calls. Have received many, none of which I have answered - check it online and frequently it comes up to be them. Supposedly from Sunderland today, so often comes up as different areas of the UK or Republic of Ireland. Nowadays people from the other side of the world can buy these numbers. Reasons such as this I refuse to answer unless I know who is calling me, or am expecting a call from GP so know phone number will not show. I block the numbers on my iPhone:

Allow their customers to illegally harass people in the UK. Said they had blocked the customer concerned but calls started the next working day. ICO after a long search did manage to locate their complaints form.
The person from ICO suggested posting the link to the form but that is not allowed but if you search for
Twilio help abuse it is listed.
