"Very Terrible Experience, I was banned after funding $20"
It was unpleasant, just after I had funded with $20 they banned me. Without even having used the service for no reason. Look for another service other than Twilio.
And support doesn't respond in time and they told me they were going to refund me but I never got the refund, it's been 2 months. It was traumatizing to deal with all that and in the end there was no solution.

I have had dozens and dozens of spam calls from them, My block list is full of numbers that all websites claim belong to Twilio Ireland. If this is how they run a business then I would strongly suggest avoiding...Shonky AF

"No longer what they used to be"
I tried setting a phone number for my customer, went ahead and did all the documentation, sent files, etc, etc However their automated document verification system did not let me proceed no matter what, tried like 4 different ways, uploaded documents many times and no luck.
Sent support ticket after that, got many replies saying they will reach out to me once their team reviews my ticket, that was 8 days ago and still no luck.
Will not use this company anymore for this or any other customer project in the future, they were excellent 5 years ago, not anymore.

Didn't expect such abhorrent documentation on any service ever.
One of our senior developers had to spend 3 work days to find out that in fact, Twilio on IE1 was broken. 0 documentation, no explanation on the APIs that are unchanged since 2010, so they had plenty of time to document them, poor isolation (even not existent) between regions so screw GDPR, gives the appearance of legitimacy.
The Queue system has the same database for all regions, but it just doesn't work for all regions except US.
Overall, expected way better. Gotten poor results.

Doesn't even let me sign in, says my 20 character password is not strong enough. Even though it says it was suscsessfull and now I am permenety signed out.

We were scammed with sms fraud to the tune of 2000USD. Eventually they refunded us. However 2 months later they canceled our account because of a bank charge back which we had cancelled. They basically threw our business under the bus. No one could sign up to our service for days. If you want to lose your clients and damage your business use twilio.

Can I give less than a star? This company has outrageously bad support. They just cut the service with no warning then do not respond to support tickets. Your business will suffer with no sign ups for a day and they don't give a rats. It's actually insane that they are this bad

"This company is skimming"
This company is skimming. They are a fraud. Buyers beware and use another company. I was able to conclusively prove this. How it works because they charge such a low dollar fee they will start skimming from your first deposit. Then if you lower your deposit amount you will see it because they don’t have it set up to skim on a 10 scale of numbers it’s done on a percentage basis. That’s why they never let any users deposit less than 20$. You won’t miss 3-4$ on 20$ but on 10$ it’s noticeable. They are literally a complex algorithmic mathematical scam based on text messaging.
