My only issue (I don't think it is William May's fault though) was I bought an engagement ring on finance and had the delivery address as my mum's address, but because it was bought on finance it got delivered to the billing address which obviously meant I had to make sure my future fiance wouldn't be in the house.

I have never left a review for william may and usuly its 5 stars all the way but recently i have had back to back issues one item being brought as the same time as i purchised so i missed out but i got a email from Daniel who i must say is top in service he sorted me a diffrent bracelet and a better one at that is service was great wen i call and he answers i am always nowing i be sorted . But 2nd mistake one week later was not top service i got no email or anything so i called and got told we sending item to you less then 5 mins later i get a call saying that one my items is to damaged and cant be sent and all i got was i will refund u the order no offer at all this time around and was to rush rush real shame i do want to point out this was not daniel this time around i rung to have a chat and the guy wasnt realy listening i stated i only buy pre owned and he kepted offering me new items shame realy as i said usuly the service is great here but i was offered no other items no voucher money off and evan charged me the full delivery wot i thought was bit cheeky two i will deffo be thinking twice now before ordering wots a shame otherwise all good .
