Har ännu inte mottagit varan och då jag inte kunnat se leveransstatus i orderbekräftelsen mejlade jag till er kundservice. Jag har ännu inte fått någon respons på det mejlet. Dock har jag ju betalat allt i och med ordern. I er information stod det också att man kan räkna med 72 timmar för leverans och det skulle då komma fram lagom till en viktig födelsedag.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered two bottles of Eden Mill gin. Nothing arrived. When I phoned the company i was told by the person answering the phone that he no longer worked for the company and that he would avoid ordering from them. I should have known better - will now chase through the legal process

"Very helpfull en friendly service"

I ordered a bottle of Grappa from Wevino as a birthday present for a friend in Croatia. This didn't arrive. In the end it turned out to be my own stupid mistake, because I had not passed on the address correctly. The person who emailed with me was and remained very friendly and patient. When I finally gave the right address, he made sure that the bottle of grappa was delivered properly. I am very happy with the service and kindness of Wevino

"Nothin has shipped 2 weeks after my order."

I ordrered 2 bottles june 27, have not received anything yet. Whenever I ask about my order the answer is, it should be there soon, but it has'nt even shipped yet. Never again Wevino! I want my money back! Now!

Commandé le 27 avril, aucunes nouvelles depuis, nous sommes le 3 mai.. Débité le même jour que la commande, grosse arnaque que ce site... Ne réponds pas aux messages laissés ni aux mails postés... A FUIRE. Suite et fin...Le colis a été enfin livré le 9 mai à 9 h 10... Regrets ! Le manque de communications et d'informations du vendeur quand au suivi de la commande...L'emballage parfaitement sécurisé, rien à redire sur la qualité du produit livré ni sur le transporteur. A dire que le produit a été expédié plus d'une semaine plus tard après avoir été annoncé chez le transporteur, alors que celui ci ne l'avait pas dans son entrepôt.. Je change le nombre d'étoiles de 1 à 3 compte tenu de mes explications. Quoi qu'il en soit j'hésiterai à recommander chez eux pour les mêmes raisons.
