"No delivery, nor refund"

A month ago I have ordered a bottle as a birthday present but it has never been delivered. The shop was trying to be helpful as it seems like DHL delivered it to the wrong house and person (although I gave wevino.store address that stated the house name and contact phone number, which DHL apparently ignored?).
30 days later I have not received the order, nor the money back. Since last week the shop Wewino.store has stopped replying to my emails with request for refund.
