Just completed and received my certificate for my level 2 teaching assistant course and now currently doing my level 3. I was sceptical regarding some reviews but honestly I am made up with the experience I had. Helen and India were both extremely helpful and I can be hard work!! Cannot recommend enough my work got marked within a timeframe can’t fault anything. Thank you so much anyone thinking of doing it go for it!

"I started the level 2"

I started the level 2, TA course back in January 2024, and have only just today received my certificates, on completion of marking last week. I feel that is very unfair that students are advised to log 18hours a week of studying, have time frames and deadlines to submit work and yet on completion, have to wait months on end for their work to be marked and sent back for amendments. During my course I had atleast 6 different tutors and had to send numerous emails to chase up enquires of when to expect marking to take place. Eventually in September, my work had started to be marked and sent back for corrections. (Even though I had submitted my work by the deadline of March 25th) By this point, I had started a full time job within a different field and was unable to put in all the extra hours to make corrections and resubmit my work, making the process even longer. The level 2, TA course is a great course, but unfortunately the stress and intensity of a 10 week course, which infact took 12 months, overcasts this. My intention after completing this course was to further my knowledge and enrol on an Autism course, but after the experience I have had with Think Employment, I am unsure if I want to put myself through the stress of it all for another year!

The support from the company has been amazing from start to finish. My journey lasted 5 months and I was trained for my theories, gained my cpc, passed my practical hgv, and got a full time job in that space of time. I’ve now started my new career and I’ve gone from a stay at home mum to a hgv driver. All of the people at think employment were wonderful, the training school that they sent me to for my practical training and test were amazing, I just couldn’t have asked for a better team of people cheering me on and supporting me.

This is an excellent platform to learn and grow and build on your confidence. With the help of my best tutor, Laura Townsend-Rendall, I have manage to completed a Level 3 in Understanding Autism. This course has taught me how to deal with autism and what to expect when dealing with autism. It has been an excellent experience, I am so excited and looking forward to work with children with autism in future. I would like to say a big thank you to my tutor, Laura, she’s an incredibly inspiring teacher. Wishing her a best of success in her career.

"Wow what an experience"

At first I was apprehensive about doing the course but after just the first session my mind was put at ease. From the initial contact to the final result everyone at Think were so helpful and would bend over backwards to try and help acheive my goal. Richard and Graham were exceptional. The wealth of knowledge between the pair of them was a huge help with understanding the rules and regulations surrounding the HGV sector. The learning was interactive which was amazing and resulted in many hilarious but information filled sessions. A massive shout out to Richard and Graham for making the learning an interesting and enjoyable experience. The back office team that I had contact with were also amazing, their help and support is very much appreciated. So another shout out to Holly,Angela and Connor for all of your support. On a final note if anyone is considering learning with Think I can honestly say that the overall experience was definitely worth it and you will come away with an abundance of knowledge with the back up support needed to start your future careers , so honestly do not hesitate. Once again thank you all for the amazing experience it has been an honour learning with you all.
