Highly recommend! I've never had a personal trainer before so it was daunting but Trang has been amazing. She has been giving me online training which has been so flexible. Trang has taught me so much about nutrition and helped me improve my diet in a way that works for me. And with her support on exercise I have more energy and am getting stronger. Can't believe the progress I've made already - thank you Trang!

"Fixed my hamstring injury in one session!"
I had a physio session with Trang after hurting my hamstring / glute 2 months ago and still having pain and tightness. Trang was AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She diagnosed what I had done, treated me and gave me some exercises to do at home. After one session I went to train and I had my middle splits back and felt so much more strength in that hamstring / glute. Couldn’t recommend more if you have a niggle / injury you need fixing.

Trang is professional. She’ll explain what we are doing and why we are doing, she shows me the movement, explains the technique every time. She listens well to all my needs and questions about training and eating and lifestyle, and gives answers in a professional and supportive way. Suggestions she provides are always practical.
She’s inspiring. Every session is enjoyable, well-structured and never the same. I can never get bored and fell in love training with weights. Sessions are constantly mixing various workouts up, challenging and full of fun. Looking forward to each session to see what Trang has prepared for me.
I feel confident and safe and under her protection each time when I'm training with her. Trang cares about and tries to push me to the next level. She’s so good at pushing you to your limit and challenging you to achieve fitness goals.
Already saw a massive change in my strength and body shape, the results are so noticeable. That sense of fulfilment comes every time when I managed to lift a challenging weight, and I owe most of that to my favourite PT.

"Great place to get fitter"
After 2 years of lockdowns my partner and I were feeling achy, stiff, and overall….old. Apparently, the distance from our sofa to the fridge we were covering multiple times a day was not enough to keep us fit. We are both not the sporty type (to put it mildly), so getting out of that pandemic lull was proving tricky. We then started training with Trang as a couple, and our weekly sessions became a part of our weekly routine. She really cares about your progress and puts a lot of heart in what she does. You feel that you are not just another number for her, but she genuinely wants you to succeed. We both became much stronger and fitter – the difference is noticeable. Also, her studio is great – very private, clean, with good equipment, and no weird guys staring at you when you squat.
Highly recommend!
