Trang is a supportive, empathetic, and positive personal trainer -- like she could be your friend. I’ve been seeing her for over two months now and, after gaining considerable weight during the lockdown, I’m already seeing drastic physical changes and feeling a lot more confident in my skin & my clothes. She not only makes my workouts both fun and challenging, but she also ensures that my diet is aligned with my goals without sacrificing my enjoyment of cooking or eating delicious food. Where do I start? I feel like a really different person and I don't say this lightly! I would have laughed out loud if, 6 months ago, someone would have told me I'd be counting down the days/hours/minutes until I could get to the gym again but this is now my reality!
I found Trang on google during lockdown whilst she was 8 months pregnant and I read her bio and website and automatically felt inspired. First we trained in the park, then during isolation we trained online and now in the gym. I can say honestly, she has transformed my relationship with fitness, exercise and my body. What I feel stands Trang apart from other trainers is that she is really real. She is honest whilst being so professional and, kind and gentle whilst pushing me and oh so interesting and funny whilst keeping me on track and not letting me chat away my workout time! She has taught me so much already about how to listen to my body and how to get the best out of it, both with fitness and with nutrition. She is patient and flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate her clients' needs. I have been seeing her for 5 months and I barely think I have done the same thing twice - it is certainly never boring with Trang! I feel very fortunate to have met her and hope to continue to train with her and laugh my way through the sweat and buuurrn and continue on this journey with her. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I am not sure I want to share!! ; )

I loved training with Trang. She pushed me to my limits and helped me to get back into shape after my second pregnancy. She motivates and is highly professional and committed. I cannot recommend her enough.

Trang is very approachable, she likes to take time to understand her clients requirements and has a considered approach to her work. Plus she will provide you with effective tips around exercise/stretching to help you sustain both fitness and recovery.

Trang is great! I really enjoyed learning how to stretch, and the many ways she helped me to stretch and improve my fitness in pregnancy. I'm a midwife, and I felt safe and well supported in Trang's hands. She was willing to share information and links outside the class related to fitness, diet and pregnancy. Her class times were flexible and responsive. I'm very grateful!

I started my online personal training with Trang few weeks ago and I’ve enjoyed every single session with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and very supportive of my needs, I started working out with her for a few reasons back pain, weak core and to tone postnatally. She tailors all the exercises to my needs, she is also fun to train with and I look forward to our sessions.

Brilliant trainer, and great prenatal!
I loved working out with Trang. She is attentive and varies exercises with exactly the right blend of encouragement and challenge.
She trained me during my pregnancy too, and was expert at making sure I felt good and gained strength whilst remaining safe. She has such a positive outlook and lovely disposition too. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
