"Best experience ever"

This was the best tire buying experience I’ve ever had. First off treads changed their price and when I asked them about it they said they would give me the old price, which they honored. The technician got here and was very very nice. Told me to give him 45 min and He’ll be done. No joke almost 45 min on the dot he calls me and tells me he is done. New tires no hassle no worries. The perfect experience

Customer service is extremely helpful here. I was having issues on the app and they helped out super fast. I signed up on Monday and the service tech was out to my house by Wednesday afternoon installing my new tires. I definitely recommend this company!!

"It was a lot easier than I thought"

It was a lot easier than I thought, honestly the reason it took SO much time to sign up was I was trying to see what the "catch" was. I was reading the agreement I was trying to find the "hidden cost, or restrictions" ya know. A subscription service for tires, it literally seemed to good to be true. Now that I've signed up, interacted with customer service "top notch by the way" I had an appointment scheduled they were very punctual and here I am. Satisfied customer!
