Avoid at all costs, this company is nothing but a scam. Firstly they say they are UK jellyfish the biggest breeders in the UK blah blah blah however all their products come from the Czech Republic including the jellyfish.
I ordered this product to arrive at my old address before moving in December, the parcel went missing with the vendors carrier and after spending hours on the phone to UPS got nowhere. In credit to the vendor they arranged to send a replacement to my new address, however when this arrived it was missing items that were supposed to be in the 'all in one kit'. Contacted the vendor who said to buy the missing items myself and they will throw some food in as compensation. The items cost me roughly £30, when the tank was set up I contacted the vendor to send the jellyfish. I was given a date that was 8 days in the future and provided by the vendor I also ordered an extra jellyfish at a cost of £18. I took a day off work to make sure I was home to receive these animals, by 2PM I had not heard anything so contacted the vendor who said nothing had been shipped as they didn't have the capacity to fulfill the order and I would have to wait another week again before they could send them , I was furious after taking a days leave again at my own cost and asked for a refund. The vendor then said they would ship the jellyfish the following day to be delivered yesterday on the 23rd and to make sure someone was home to receive them, again I took another days leave to then be told by UPS in the afternoon that they couldn't deliver and it would be made the following day (today). I contacted the vendor to say that I am not happy and want a refund this purchase has been nothing but a headache from start to finish this was a Christmas gift that has just turned into a money pit and costing me valuable leave but didn't receive a response for days despite emailing more than once and calling their Whatsapp number, only when I raised it with Paypal did they respond. I wasn't able to take the delivery the following day as had to go to work and then received the parcel nearly 2 weeks later to which funnily enough the jellyfish were dead. Shop here at your peril I have wasted £350 dealing with a company that should be call Czech Republic Jellyfish.

"Bio-orb; great birthday present"

Ordered a bio-orb with glowing algae for my son's birthday. It was well packaged and arrived safe and sound shortly after. It's a brilliant present; he's loved the idea since we watched a program on bioluminescence on Discovery Channel and saw beaches with glowing shorelines. We set up the orb (poured the pouch into the orb and left on his desk away from the direct sunlight from the window, as per instructions) and he could hardly wait for it to get dark. Seeing the algae light up as he swirled the orb was like magic. Awesome present.

What can I say. Rory from UK Jellyfish has been brilliant. I am quite a novice jellyfish owner but he has answered all of my questions and I’ve asked a lot!
If you are thinking of getting into jellyfish keeping and please really think about, I can’t recommend UK jellyfish highly enough. I would give 10 stars if I was able to.

This was before we had even made a purchase. Once we purchased,Rory was always available for advice when required, resulting in a much better experience with our second go at keeping jellyfish.
