Britdeals is my favorite supplier I work with in the UK. I really like their workflow and system approach. First of all, I would like to thank my account representative Maria, who sincerely answered all my questions and requests during my work with them and has the ability to create potential customers for herself. So far, Maria's patient and understanding attitude has guided me to improve my business very well. Not just an account manager, a friend who I can communicate well and talk about business. I would also like to thank Piotr and the warehouse team, who I know have a very heavy workload, for doing their work with great care and precision. Finally, I wish endless respect to BritDeals and the whole team, with whom I have been working continuously for more than 1 year and developed good relations.

"We’ve been trying to resolve this and gotten nowhere so…"
We’ve had several pallets and they’ve gotten progressively worse, but salvageable, this one however, is the final straw.
I’ve been back and forth with my sales rep since last week and I have gotten nowhere. She seems to cherry pick bits of their policy that suits, but ignores the important parts that apply to our situation.
My pallet was advertised as shelf pulls; we’re told to accept a 5% discrepancy, fine can live with that. But this one is more than 50%; BO, ripped, stained, very old clearly worn to death garments that are bobbled and dirty, covered in animal hair… I have binned a huge amount. One pair of wrangler chinos in particular had what looked like faecal stains.
My sales rep ignores the above and simply tells me this level of pallet is not meant to be brand new (so basically accept it) which I’m well aware of, but, the items are not meant to have been previously sold (returns) when advertised as “shelf pulls” and we can’t use “it maybe exhibition” as an excuse, as it all comes from Amazon, an e-commerce store.
Our high ticket items are mostly missing or needed binning. Had Ray-Bans but they’re all fake, so they’re in the bin. It’s obvious customers return their knockoffs and keep the genuine ones, and return used clothing and keep the new!
It should have been marked as ‘uninspected customer returns’ because that is what it is and we wouldn’t have bought it if it had been advertised as such. So now most of our stock is in textiles recycling bins.
I am only posting on here to share our experience as our sales rep doesn’t seem to be interested in resolving this.
Response from Britdeals below and still no consideration to resolve it and been brushed off. Maybe the consumer ombudsman would be more interested.

Also my sales manager Maria she is one of the best manager very helpful and polite she offer very good customer service. My wife is mostly in communication with her she also really happy with her customer service. When she was on holiday she recommended one of her colleague Ashleigh I contacted her but she never reply and help.
