Didn’t have the stock despite allowing me to pay for it. Can’t talk to customer service have to be directed on computer system for them to call you back. Won’t use them again.

"Ordered a cabinet for next day…"

Ordered a cabinet for next day (Thursday) delivery, all accepted and payment taken.
On the expected day of delivery get contacted to say can I accept a slightly larger cabinet as the other isn’t in stock, which I agreed and was told they couldn’t get me the cabinet till the next day.
6pm that evening get an email to day cabinet isn’t ready and can’t be delivered till Monday.
Has really caused me a massive inconvenience.

"What customer service?"

If only there were some friction, it would’ve meant there was interaction with the company! By the time the cables I ordered had arrived, which was quick, I’d had to change the location of the items they were to connect to the router. As soon as they arrived, I e-mailed customer services to ask if I could return them in exchange for longer ones, obviously paying for return postage and the difference in cost. A month later I’ve still not heard anything from the customer service department and have items that are no good to me. Should I have had to made more effort to chase them up? Maybe, but that would still mean I received poor service. The cables look like good quality and were dispatched quickly, but the lack of response from customer service was non-existent, leading to the 2-star rating.
