Good value for money. The fibre optic cable arrived as expected and looks very good. We haven’t installed it yet as awaiting BT feed?!?!

I wouldn't expect any friction with a reputable supplier. I think you should offer a cheaper delivery option, perhaps Royal Mail for small packages - your only option added 75% to the cost of my purchase.

Minus side...ordered patch leads but was sent wrong ones. They were very good in sending out replacements immediately but sent fewer than ordered
