Only got sent the wrong thing once and they got my correct order out to me in 2 days from me raising the issue. The person I spoke to was great as well.

Pretty shocking really, no reply to any emails sent, or to their web form regarding missing items.
More shocking to see people on here have received at least a reply to their botched orders suggesting they do enjoy cherry picking what they reply too.

"DO NOT USE"
DO NOT USE! They Initially sent me the wrong books, I queried this and they said a replacement was on the way…. It never come, I emailed them a week later and they advised me it had been “misplaced” and they could send another…. I explained they were a Christmas present and asked if they can send another special delivery due to running out of time now, in which they replied they issued a refund instead, giving me 2 working days before Christmas to try and buy these books now. Terrible customer service and they could not care in the least. Will never buy from again

I added to my original order and this was dealt with promptly. However I didn’t receive the goods within the expected timeframe so after eight days I contacted the company and they said the parcel must have been lost but had not been returned to them . I was then offered a replacement order or a refund and I choose to have a replacement order sent out which I duly received two days later . I was very happy with the way I was treated .

Customer service (or lack of) was just very unprofessional and gave a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. Ordered some books which stated 3-5 day shipping, after 7 days I had not heard or received any “dispatched” email or had any attempts at a delivery. Contacted customer service, I received an email back saying “will look into this and get back to you”. The following day I received a dispatched email, no explanation as to why my order had been missed or taken so long to dispatch and apology for this! A sorry can go a long way!
I finally received my order 14 days later!

"Very impressed by customer service"
Very impressed by Books4People for their customer service today. I placed an order early on a Sunday morning only to pick up an email saying my Mum had bought a similar box set of books for my daughter's birthday. I contact Books4People and within a few hours they had kindly cancelled my order and refunded my money, despite the fact that the books had already been picked and packed. Will definitely be back in future.

Not sure what they’re like when dealing with them directly but ordered with them through the TikTok shop. First red flag is that they use Evri as a delivery company, second is that if Evri steal your order or deliver it to the wrong address, these people refuse to replace your paid for items, even when you have photographic evidence showing it went to the wrong address and that there’s no way of you tracking down which property it went to.
First impressions? Stick with Books 2 Door or Amazon. Won’t be trusting this company again.
