We purchased a doorbell back in December, we have only just come round to putting it up. The doorbell unit was in perfect condition when we received it, but in less that a week the wooden case had split. As you can imagine we were very upset after waiting so long to put it up. We got in contact and Richard has helped us in sorting this matter out, and provided extra information to limit the risk in this happening again. Would definitely recommend based on their good customer service. 👍

Only delt with the sales and technical team. Bought a Byron door bell button on line (very easy to navigate). Unfortunately the battery was flat! Enter the tech team sorted within minutes.
