"So happy with this switch"

I wasn’t sure if the Brass Rotary Dimmer Switch would be worth it, but it totally is. The brass finish really pops against my white walls.

It has taken 8 weeks and we have still yet to receive our light switches. They never sent shipping information or a tracking number, have claimed it was delivered and customer service was useless always promising a call back and never calling. We paid $450 for these fancy switches expecting to get good quality all around and this has been a terrible experience so far.

I bought over $4,500 of lights from this company. I tried to return 8 items within the first 7 days.

They charged me a 50% "restocking" fee.

What a complete joke. EVERY other online retailer lets you return unopened and undamaged items (by virtue of the fact that you don't know what you're getting when you buy online).

If you "choose" to buy something from their website instead - they only charge you 25%... which makes you understand immediately that the "restocking" fee is completely made up.
