I wish to review my previous 5*review. These guys are liars , especially the male member of staff who kept Me on a phone call for 54 mins telling ne they would fight for me take it to court and that they had secured a 10k payment for a woman who broke her little pinky yet I broke 2 bones in my hip and he said you would get a lot more than 10k . Promised me tge earth and then all if a sudden I get a call this morning telling ne that because the person I'm claiming against denies liability .there's no point in claiming . Nasty liars ,got all my personal details and thatt worries me. I'm now going to the papers, rip off Britain and martin lewis money show. Wouldn't gave donne that but I was given a load of crap about how she would take up my complaint against the male member of staff who gave me all this crap . I don't hold out anyone ringing meto talk about this. This company is now I go public about them. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR PERIL THEY promise they will fight fir you and other promises and then they literally deny your claim . Not enough money in it obviously. .They don't care about how they hurt your feelings with their staff's lies

As off the 5th March I had to make a telephone appointment to discuss my accident I felt with the person I was dealing with was not really interested and more interested in keeping the telephone conversation as short as possible as he stated he had another call to make at 15.00 my appointment was at 14.45 and I felt he was not interested in what my accident had cost in my well being
