I was a little hesitant using express when I saw the negative reviews but I personally never witnessed a bad moment with my solicitor. I was assisted by Charlee- she phoned me when she needed too and always responded to her emails. My case did take around 18 months but majority of that waiting time was from medical experts and my gp taking time to write medical reports. I also went to see numerous medical experts and had tests done so took longer time.
Today I was paid out and was around the amount I expected due to the severity of my injury / I did have my injury on camera so definitely helped my case.
I wanted to wait till my case was finished to write an honest review but personally would use them again if I had to
