"Avoid This Company – Unreliable and Dishonest"

I ordered a dress for a special event, but the company sent the wrong one. I received a poor quality item with missing sequins. They apologized and promised to fix the mistake in time. However, they refused to dispatch the correct dress until I returned the wrong one, leaving me without a backup option.

I risked it and returned the wrong dress back. I found myself asking for updates and instead of following through on things, they offered a refund. This meant I would end up with no dress at all. When they finally did dispatch the correct dress, they blamed courier delays for it not arriving on time. I did not receive the dress for the event. They later promised it would arrive by the end of the week, but tracking showed it had not even been shipped. Despite this, the company insisted it had been sent, contradicting what UPS confirmed when I called them directly.

Frustrated, I requested a refund, but they are now stalling, saying they’ll only process it if UPS updates the tracking - regardless to whether the dress will reach me by the end of the week. This company has repeatedly broken promises, misled me, and left me without a dress for my event. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
