I am unsure how these SCAM artists have managed to get such a high rating on Trustpilot, and I feel sorry for everyone who - like me - has been suckered in as a result, thinking that they are a trustworthy company

I ordered some so called unprocessed hair and initially I was very pleased with how it looked, I had it weaved in and made sure I followed every care instruction so I could get the best use out of it.

Within a few weeks of having the hair weaved in it was matted and ruined. I took the hair to a salon and they told me that this type of hair came out HORSES!!!

I contacted the company for advice but the girl who answered the phone said it was my fault and that they would do nothing to replace it and they are unable to give me my money back as I have used the hair.

Before I ordered this product I did a lot of research and asked many questions in needed help with and it now seems everything they told me was a lie.

They have robbed me off my money and do not care about it in the slightest.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SO CALLED OOZZ HAIR

Wig was cut very badly! Gutted as paid premier delivery an it was for funeral. So now returning it. Customer service, sent return label. An I get a full refund.

First time ordering from this supplier. I ordered 3 packs of the 10a one donor virgin hair on the 7/12/21. I was a bit sceptical but the reviews were good and the price was good also so I took a gamble. I took advantage of the 3-5 days free delivery.
The same evening I received confirmation that my order had been dispatched and to my surprise I received my delivery the following day by Royal Mail (8/12/21)

The hair came nicely packaged and the quality of the hair is really good; silky smooth with no smell which you often get with bundles. The bundles are 100g and aren’t too thin on the ends. I ran my fingers through the bundles and there was no shedding. The same applies after installation, no shedding at all.
Top tier service and delivery.

The bundles are 100g and aren’t too thin on the ends. I’ve ran my fingers through one bundle and there’s no shedding. There’s the odd short strand; ODD being the key word here.
I will review again once installed and the hair has been examined properly.

Always ordered my hair from here and have always received quality goods in a timely manner. I had one very small issue once when trying to order on the website, they took my order manually straight away and said they would work to fix the issue, they gave me 10% off for my troubles, absolutely fantastic customer service from them, friendly and efficient. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else!
