"poor administration in relation to returns"

Unfortunately although the order arrived in good time the returns process was poor. You only have 14 days to return and can only return once they have authorized. I sent them an email as directed and still after 7 days I was waiting a response. I then had to ring to prompt a reply to my email.

Very quick delivery with tracking. I got my bundles and closure for a really good price(£55) and there’s little to no shedding. The hair feels amazing too. It may look thin in the package but once opened it’s very thick and soft. It’ll be really great if Oozz could do a wider variety of bundles with closure/frontal packages.
