I went to the Rug Pal website after I discovered that Decor Market told me my order was out of stock. I placed my order with Decor Market on 4/19. I followed up with the the following week and they told me it should ship soon. I then called again on Monday only to be told my rug was out of stock. I was very upset.
I was fortunate to find the same rug on Rug Pal. I had to call to have the 10% discount to be applied but the gal who helped me was happy to do it. She was very helpful. I ended up buying two rugs.
