The color DID NOT match the pictures on Amazon. I requested a return and they charged $15.00 to return the rug. The rug arrived at their facility on 8-16-17 and I had to ask where my refund was on 8-21-17. The rug was unopened and in a clear plastic package. I was told they needed to inspect it and that caused the delay???? Really? What if I did not follow up, would I have ever received a refund?
