"TFXI coin pending buy problem"

They launch TFXI coin by giving us a good reason that we can earn more and also get fast withdrawal
but since last week , we still unable to sell the coin with 1 usd rate and also the withdrawal process is kind of slow
Other than this , they keep postpone the so call pending buy
The country that dont have good network will be suffer from this

In my experience Triumph is great, you just need to take the time to understand the systems they use and not expect it all to be done for you.

It is sad to see so many people in the last few days write bad reviews without taking the time to understand the new withdrawal system. I have been in Triumph since January 22 and never had any issue withdrawing other than the fact it was done via the bank system aka swift. This took around 7-10 working days and sometimes 15 days due to the high amount being processed.

Today I used the new TEX withdrawal system. Never used it before but it is similar to binance. Took me just over 3 hours to withdraw my $4200 profit, this is now cleared into my bank, it was just 3 hours due to doing 3 withdrawals. USD to GBP.
That to me is a really positive change and if more of the below took the time to understand it there would not be any need for the bad reviews. Once this new withdrawal process settles down it will be so much better.

I am not great with computers, I read the available information and started by withdrawing just $100. Took another $100 to get the hang of it and now it is easy. Done the rest in 1 $4k withdrawal.

I am always sceptical of reviews telling me to use another service as well.

Please provide better customer service, if your staff has time to post on social media platforms like IG and FB. Support tickets should not be any different! Withdrawal approval took ~2 weeks. Roughly after another two weeks from approval it was rejected.

09 Dec. update: I was able to withdraw 70% of funds today, although I'm unhappy I had to do it over some cryptos. I also still miss part of the funds so the review stays with 1 star.
