My withdrawal #759838 is approved on 25 Oct 2022. However, the fund is not credited to my bank account until to-date, 15 Nov 2022. I have raised support ticket #491418 but yet receive any response. This is my first withdrawal and it takes more than 14 business days. Please arrange for the fund to be credited to me asap and I will update my review here. Thank you.

Withdrawal but funds did not come in. Approved on 8th November 2022 but still not in. Please look into that matter. If it's being rectified I will remove this post. I have already submitted support ticket and nothing is happening. Its more than 2 weeks already!

Withdrawal request has been approved for more than a month and I am yet to received my money. What disappoint me the most is support ticket onlye replied me once on my first support ticket created and never seems to bother to reply me despite asking for a few time. As an investor, whether or not you have a solution for this. I deserve a reply! Don't ghost me. I had been supporting triumph since 2019 and no problem at all until now. Please leave up to your standard and at least reply!

Really happy with this broker. At the end of every trading cycle I withdraw my profit and a week later the money is in my account. The only problem is the fee the bank charge you for a withdrawal but this is minor compared to the returns being made over the month. Ideally an E wallet would be better in the future.
