"Withdrawal taking too long and no reply on support ticket"

Have been waiting for many days for withdrawal via TRC20 as normally it’s a quick process. This time however is taking an unreasonable amount of time.


I raised a support ticket regarding the withdrawal #480335 no reply was given.

I have sent another ticket #482173 to cancel the withdrawal and recall my funds.

It’s been 3 days since I sent the ticket to cancel my withdrawal. Nobody is even bothered to open the ticket and reply. Come on TriumphFX, do better. This is annoying and frustrating in so many levels.

Will change my rating once there’s a response on support ticket/ success on cancelling the withdrawal with funds reverted back to account.

My withdrawal request was approved on 7th of october and I was told to wait 12-14 working days. I have been waiting more than 15 working days and I yet to receive my withdrawal money in my bank account. Please check my withdrawal request.

My first withdrawal experience was good though. On June 2022, withdrawal request approved within same day of request and money credited into my bank the next day. My second withdrawal experience is not as great as first. Hopefully TFXI can improve on their withdrawal procedure.

I'm more than happy to edit my rating if I can get prompt reply from TFXI team to fix my issue. Thanks

"Payment delayed by TriumphFx for almost 4 weeks"

I made 3 withdrawals and till now I still have not received a single cent from TriumphFX, after almost 4 weeks (in one case) since the withdrawal was approved. My upline and myself have also raised these matters to TriumphFx and have only been met with silence. The details are as follows:

1. Withdrawal 734934 was approved on 4 October 2022, that is 24 days or 18 business days after approval. This matter was brought up to your attention through 2 support tickets, #475141 dated 20 Oct 2022 and #478975 dated 25 Oct 2022. My upline also raised this up with you on 20 Oct 2022.

2. Withdrawal #746304 was approved on 12 October 2022, that is 16 days or 12 business days after approval. This matter was also brought up to your attention through the support ticket, #481019 dated 27 Oct 2022.

3. Withdrawal 747798 was approved on 12 October 2022, that is 16 days or 12 business days after approval. This matter was also brought up to your attention through the support ticket, #481110 dated 27 Oct 2022.

There is no justifiable reasons for such prolonged delay. Please expedite.

I've been with tfxi since october 2020 and so far there have been no withdrawal problems, but I don't know why now I'm having problems withdrawing funds with Fiat tickets USD #727446 & USDT #727448 approved on 26-09-2022 and have been since that day, I haven't received my withdrawal till now.

my withdrawal ticket #753735 (approved 19-10-2022) please cancel because I want to change the withdrawal using fiat.

I sincerely hope that tfxi can solve this problem because the funds are not only mine but also my client's funds.

WITHDRAWALS ARE NOT COMING!

I've raised a withdrawal request on the 10th and approved on the 13th Oct but till now I've yet to receive the withdrawal through USDT-TRC20 which only takes a couple of minutes on the usual blockchain.

The withdrawal email stated it will only take a maximum of 5 days, but till now nothing from TFXI.

My ticket number is #473622 which I've yet to get a respond from the team.

Withdrawal request #746008 has been approved but no transfer yet to my USDT account.

TFXI should at least provide a solid timeline and reason for the delay.

Triumph FX should pay out as what has been promised in the system within 5 to 14 days. To deposit in almost instant . Withdrawal take a long time . Triumph FX should improve on the payout mechanism. Confident is of utmost important to investor.

Have used Triumph for the last 18 months and have experienced no major issues. Are they perfect...no, but they do work hard to resolve problems, which can take a little time, due I guess in having some 5.5m clients globally. Given 5 stars, as personal experience is and has been positive.

Triumph is FANTASTIC, no issues whatsoever withdrawing money or depositing money, or with support tickets being responded to in a timely manner. People experiencing problems GET EDUCATED, ask your introducer on how to use the system properly. Also currently there is a GLOBAL SHORTAGE of USDT, why do you blame Triumph for that? No issues withdrawing FIAT back to my bank, like any international transfer it takes 5 to 7 business days.
