withdrawal took almost a month and still not getting it, support ticket is not replied yet. Usual withdrawal normally took me about 5-10 days max, this time really mess up my finance scheduling.

Please help me to resolve my withdrawal asap.

Update! I have had the understanding that there are heavy backlogs for usdt withdrawals. My support ticket to get back my funds and withdraw via fiat has been fulfilled.
